The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State was formed in May of 2010 at a closed meeting of survivors of church and state terror in Dublin, Ireland. The event was initiated by Nobel Prize Nominee Reverend Kevin Annett of Canada and members of Irish survivors’ groups. The foundational purpose of the ITCCS is to unite survivors of genocide and child torture across borders, and to mount a broad political, spiritual and legal movement to disestablish the Vatican and other churches and governments responsible for historic and ongoing crimes against children and humanity. In short to:
Mandate: 1. To bring to trial those persons and institutions responsible for the exploitation, torture and murder of children, past and present, and
2. To stop these and other criminal actions by church and state
The original ITCCS federation was composed of groups from Ireland, England, the United States, Canada and Italy, including the Templemore Forgotten Victims (Antrim, Ireland), the Friends and Relatives of the Disappeared (Canada), and United Against Church Terror (USA). By September, 2013, ITCCS had spread to twenty six countries and over fifty affiliated groups. Its work is translated into thirteen languages. Its affiliates include the prestigious cult ritual and abuse survivors’ organizations SMART of the United States, and Rete L’Abuso in Savona, Italy.
The ITCCS operates from an undisclosed central headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, and from regional offices in Vancouver, New York, Dublin, London and Paris. ITCCS officers and their legal and political advisers generally retain their anonymity for reasons of security and safety. However, the General Field Secretary for North America and Western Europe is Kevin Annett.
This is an amazingly audacious and courageous project while at the same time it could be said that for many of the survivors it is a last resort. A Panel of de jure Judges from England, Canada, Ireland and the United States will issue decisions and verdicts. Common Law peace officers will provide detention and enforcement, applications for training as a peace officer are rising by the month.
Ongoing hearings are currently being held in Brussels and their legal arm, The International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ), had by 2013, successfully prosecuted and convicted former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, for Crimes against Humanity in Canada, along with Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and 27 other officials of church and state. Pope Benedict and senior Vatican Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone both resigned from their offices soon after being prosecuted in this ICLCJ indictment.
None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court.
The church has been criticized for not just covering up a vast number of abuses perpetrated by priests, but buffering and protecting pedophile priests from law enforcement. Instead of being referred to law enforcement, the accusations were handled in-house. The protection of the church allowed priests who abused children to be moved to other parishes or at worst be defrocked; they rarely faced jail time.
ITCCS points out that two of the main practitioners of genocide of the innocent – the Vatican and the Crown of England – are effectively immune from prosecution under existing laws and customs. It is therefore incumbent upon all citizens to take action to safeguard their children in the face of the refusal of courts and governments to bring to justice those who threaten public safety and well-being.
In the course of the interview above, Kevin Annett discussed the support of Belgian MP Laurent Louis for the ITCCS.ORG Brussels trial. He also discussed the ongoing Common Law Sheriff and Enforcement Officer training for ITCCS and the International Common Law Court of Justice and its expansion in the U.S. In Canada, Common Law Sheriffs are being trained and deployed to prevent a reported 9th Circle Child Sacrifice Ritual planned at the Montreal Cathedral Marie Reine du Monde for August 15, 2014.
Annett (a nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize 2013) read from a sample transcript of evidence given in the Brussels trial that connects child sacrifice, genocide and torture committed during the 1950s in programs involving former German SS officers stationed at the Lincoln Park Air Force base in Calgary, Alberta, and elsewhere in Canada. The SS officers, who had been supplied with new identities by the Canadian Armed forces, were connected to the Knights of Darkness, apparently a Satanic child sacrifice organization ( I could find no public evidence of this group) of which Pope Joseph Ratzinger was a member. Both the Government of Canada and Pope Ratzinger were defendants and found guilty of child genocide in a previous trial.
London, UK & Rome: Enforcement Action June 29 – July 2, 2014
Kevin Annett reiterated that during June 29 – July 2, 2014 a Common Law Court Enforcement Action will take place in London UK and Rome Italy.
Kevin Annett will be leading an ITCCS enforcement delegation accompanied by Common Law Sheriffs and supporters to the UK and to Rome to enforce Court arrest warrants against Elizabeth Windsor and against Pope Joseph Ratzinger and others already convicted by the Common Law Court of Justice for crimes against humanity. These enforcement actions will be broadcast via live media.
Individuals who live in the UK and in Rome and who want to support the Common Law Court of Justice actions by accompanying the ITCCS delegation and videoing the proceedings on their smartphones, etc. are encouraged to contact Kevin Annett at firstname.lastname@example.org or The Central Office of The International Common Law Court of Justice, Brussels email@example.com
Rumors persist that reports of Pope Francis’s ‘illness’ are a preparatory step in his own resignation …If true that would make the first 2 popes to resign in 600 years. Amidst rumours that Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, may step down from his office because of his public prosecution for child trafficking and murder, one of his fellow defendants has just done so.
Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Nicolas Pachon announced suddenly this week that he will resign from his office at the next General Congress of the Jesuits.
Along with Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, Bergoglio and Pachon are primary defendants in an historic criminal lawsuit
